February 6, 2022 - Waxy red berries, cherry pie, mentos on the nose. Black cherries, clean minerality, hint of flat cola, wet earth. Energetic and vibrant but easy going, integrated mellow tannins.

December 23, 2021 - Dark ruby red, turning dark purple. Perfumed red & blue fruits, mineral, incense. Juicy, red fruit, raspberry and spice on palate. Seem less smooth texture with delicate and balanced acid and tannin, mineral, energetic. 2017 vintage in Dec 2022, evolving but still full of energy. Accompanied it with quiche, pizza, and salad.

December 23, 2019 - Popped and poured. Medium ruby color. Fresh nose of strawberry and cherry with some floral notes. Similar flavors on the palate with a juicy, light bodied mouthfeel. Not terribly complex but quite enjoyable and easy drinking. Seemed a bit more fleshy than my last bottle and not as thin.
