May 13, 2021 - Tailgating before a Single A ballgame with my sons and their SO's....couldn't give this one the time it deserved but it performed admirably nonetheless along with the Mellow Mushrooms pizzas. Nice clean cab fruit. Mid weight, dark red with some florals. A solid bottle and great qpr. If given more time to unfold I have no doubt it would have scored higher.

May 8, 2021 - Lovely cabernet that is approachable now but has the stuff to go many years. PNP but consumed over two days. Dark violet in the glass with aromas of black fruit and toasted bread. Black fruits, cola, tobacco, graphite and vanilla flavors; medium mouthfeel that delivers a structured, refined and balanced texture. Silky smooth finish that lingers for thirty seconds. This is a beauty that is approachable now with air (an hour or two) but should age well in a proper cellar.

February 15, 2021 - As previous tasters have mentioned, you can hold this, or drink it now. If you'd like to enjoy it now, wait 20 minutes before pouring after you've opened it. Otherwise, you'll get flavors of milkshake and movie theatre buttered popcorn along with the great fruit.

After you've waited for just a little while, you'll get aromas of dark cherry and blood orange. Red and blue fruits will coat your palate, leading to a fine powdery tannin finish of espresso and dark chocolate.

This was very pleasurable for me to drink, and I was constantly tempted to pour myself some more.

December 24, 2020 - First bottle ever of this producer.....decanted for 1 hour prior to tasting. Black fruit, bit of a muted nose. thin to at most medium weight in the mouth, slightly tart finish to the wine. Hours 2-3 a totally different story. This opens up and settles in nicely. The nose improves, great cab elements evolve. Fruit deepens and becomes richer, silkier, the tart ending leaves. Tannins are still there but not obtrusive. At hour 3 this is a very nice wine, maybe close to a 94 and $125/bottle. Great qpr here. But you must give it airtime to get there.
