  May 27, 2023 - Popped and poured. Dark crimson color. Lovely nose of black cherry, black currant, toasty oak, a bit of mint/menthol, and some slightly earthy, green notes. Similar flavors on the palate with medium+ acid, medium tannins and medium+ body. Very smooth on the palate and finishes long. Very well made and balanced cab based blend. Paired great with a roast pork chop with red cabbage.

  March 16, 2023 - Restrained elegant old-world style. Black and red fruit, vegetal notes, menthol, cocoa. Moderate finish.

  November 9, 2021 - Deep purple red. Nectarine nose. Stone fruits, bright berries — lovely fruit and balanced acidity. Excellent.

  October 13, 2021 - '17 was the last vintage by the old winemaker. With some full and round cranberry notes to the nose. Smells like its got a goodly amount of franc in it. 38 cab, 34 franc, and then the rest Merlot. 40% new french. Rather francy on it.
