October 9, 2023 - Light red with a faint purple tinge, almost clear at the rim. After PnP, the nose springs forward with cherries and red berries. Also some herbs and perhaps some mushroom overtones. The taste in in line with the nose, and is wonderfully balanced. A nice lingering acidity, some tannins although they have likely faded from peak. There are no secondary flavours coming through, and it is not a complex wine but it is a slight to drink. This is a really delicious bottle of Pinot that I feel is at its peak right now

April 9, 2023 - Red cherry, apple, cinnamon, white pepper flavors across a light-med bodied frame. Doesn't show much complexity and finishes rather flat and w/o distinction. '17 was not an exceptional vintage for Sonoma Pinot

July 13, 2022 - PnP. Medium light red. Red apple, some blood orange, strawberry on the nose. Light on the palate but well balanced; nice wine but nothing special.

    January 13, 2021 - Simple but sublime

December 21, 2020 - Nice but rather standard CA Pinot. Yes, OK, the fruit is there: blackberries, stone cherries, raspberries, blood orange. Hint of cacao and green pepper in the mid palate, and pronounced acidity. Tame tannins. I have to admit that this grew on me over a couple of hours of tasting, but still, it did not rise above “good”.
