March 26, 2022 - It fizzed on the pour. And on the palate.

April 2, 2020 - Very bubbly from (apparently unplanned) secondary fermentation, with. a hint of biscuit. Bit of funk to it as well. Atypical but delightful -- a real treat, like the best saison you ever had.

October 7, 2019 - Secondary fermentation must have occurred after bottling as this is quite fizzy. Resembles a dry apple cider and is good if you know what to expect and are open to experimentation. I can't help but think that it could use a bit of the sugar consumed in the secondary fermentation as it is a little thin in body. Interesting.
