June 10, 2010 - Had this with friends over beef tenderloin. Decanted for 45 minutes. A pretty purple in the glass. Non descript aromatics. Red fruit and oak. More oak. That continued on the palate. This wine was thin, and the oak dominated. Not unpleasant, but kind of bland. The finish was unremarkable. This was a blend of 75% Merlot and 25% Cab Sauv. Nothing special about this wine. I guess this is what you get for a $10 Bordeaux.

April 26, 2010 - Opened 4/26, finished 4/27. Last bottle from case purchase. Similar experience to my previous comments, and to others'. A bit watery, light, with some aroma and fruit in the mid-palate. Overall an OK wine that is at/past its time.
