May 8, 2021 - Juicy and plump. Medium extraction balanced with a light touch on the oak. Slight cigar note on the tail, but drank very well over an evening. Seemed to be ready to go right out of the bottle. Well done, if not a touch underwhelming on the structure, but al the elements balance nicely. Better than some other bottles, so maybe this was just a very on bottle!?
