August 14, 2022 - - Brick color with slow forming legs and aromas of black pepper, smokey, blackberry, black currant and cedar. It's balanced and has flavours of blackberry and black currant with a full body. Narrow texture with a medium finish - Decanted one hour.

July 24, 2022 - Pleasantly dry and acidic. Lighter body, almost watery at times, but still very good. Paired very nicely with an a Korean chicken and rice dish.
