April 20, 2024 - Really elegant on the palate. A unique burnt rubber on the nose, almost a Chablis like minerality on the palate.

December 9, 2023 - This needed lots of time open to blow off some skunk on the nose. Drank quite a bit like a chenin blanc with citrus and a good acidic drive, tied to a moderately rich, oily texture.

July 3, 2023 - First time with this wine and wow! First impressions is concentrated seaweed and salinity. So dense and such a unique umami to this. I have to get more.

May 31, 2023 - BYOB dinner NOTK (Supernova hotel, Rotterdam): Medium lemon with a slight haze. Medium+ intensity on the nose with almonds, speculoos, sweet spices, candied citrus, ginger, minerality. Clearly sur lie. High acidity, a bitter note in the long finish. 92+
One of those cult wines that was on my list to try, very good, but not brilliant (yet?)

NOSE: high-toned; Spanish peanuts skins; fresh ocean spray; apple. Remained in great shape on Days 2 and 3.

BODY: medium-rich maize color; medium bodied.

TASTE: initially tight, with high acidity; and papaya fruit; lots of mineral; very dry; little bit of umami character; light baked lemon note, with a touch of underbrush, too; appley; tart wild ale. Held strong on Days 2 and 3. Tasty now, but this strikes me as a strong Hold --- seems like a pretty serious wine.
