March 27, 2024 - From a 1.5L purchased at retail upon release. Last note from a 750, but the flavor profile still consistent. It just keeps smoothing out with time. PnP to drink or hold with confidence.

October 16, 2023 - Plenty of red and dark fruits giving this wine a very attractive profile. The wine also showcases lots of oak and baking spices. Currently a little bit too much for my taste. I would probably keep this for another 3-4 years to make It a bit more in balance. However, still a wonderful wine. We slow oxed the wine for about 2-3 hours which helped. Wonderful wine.

September 4, 2023 - Opaque ruby red with pink rim. Red fruits, dark cherry, raspberry, stewed strawberry, leather, wood, tobacco, liquorice and spices. Concentrated and complex. Uncorked but did not decant at 11am. Finally opened at 3pm. Layered and refined, but a little rough on the palate. Long finish. In my humble opinion, this bottle needed at least another 4 years to integrate and be ready.

July 13, 2023 - Dark red almost black; deep dark fruit, blackcurrant, a bit of tobacco; rich and rounded, leather, dark and also nicely sweet, slightly dry mouthfeel towards the end; all in all really nice and pleasant

November 18, 2022 - Rich, fruity wine that needs some more time. Some fairly classical duero flavors, but maybe slightly hot for my taste. I think it can improve with 4-5 more years of age, but not sure if it will ever be completely in balance. Nevertheless, quite enjoyable with several hours of air.
