Tannin was not noticeable and the finish shows nice minerals but also just ends a bit short for me. I struggle with the quality for the price vs. other village wines (or even the 2018 which I think I enjoyed a bit more than this) but this is certainly a light and easy to enjoy Burgundy right now (based on this bottle). B+/A-?

October 9, 2020 - Rather dark color with tiny “water rim”
Nose a bit closed at first but opens up with cherries, pomegranate and bonfire.
Taste kind of the same -cherries and gun powder.
It like it at this young stage but, for sure, it will develope nicely over the years. -

March 28, 2020 - Dyp rød farge. Relativt kraftig aroma med preg av røyk, modne bringebær, krydder og voks. I munn har den lett sødmefull frukt med god kraft, bløt i anslaget med tilstedeværende tanniner i utgangen. Smaken ligger i samme leie som aroma, men med noe mer eksotisk krydder. Bra lengde. God vin som drikker fint nå med en time luft. Personlig så har jeg alltid likt vinene i MSD med sin kraft og lett eksotiske preg i kombinasjon med ett fornuftig prisnivå.
