November 2, 2023 - Black cherry, earth, balsa wood and forest floor notes. Balanced and silky, very elegant with a wonderful purity of fruit.

December 11, 2022 - Drinking very well now, and certainly shows the masterful hand of Bachelet. I have one bottle left, which I will save for a year or three, to see how it develops. It’s elegant and lithe, in time with the vintage, but the fruit is so pure and ripe that it can probably age another 3-5 years before going downhill.

January 27, 2022 - Vibrant, pretty wine. Very Bachelet. Relatively light-bodied and so easy to drink. Drink now and over the next 5 years or so.

August 31, 2021 - Want a perfect light fine youthful, no-nonsense Burgundy with rotisserie chicken or a burger? This is it. Nothing pensive, no illusions of complexity, but that refined Bachelet hand, emphasizing high-toned tart cherry, a bit of black cherry on the end of the palate; no consistent mellifluousness but lots of exciting purity, nice acid and fun. Since the fruit disjointed bottle 8 months ago, this sings now.
