September 14, 2023 - France Trip: Paris, Champagne, Burgundy; 9/3/2023-9/17/2023 (Paris, Champagne, Burgundy): Medium dark red plus color. Split bottle between the four of us at Ma Cuisine in Beaune. This is just so deep and enveloping for Bourgogne - raspberry, black cherry and dark fruits, layered and medium full bodied, with the crushed flowers and spice notes emerging after 30 minutes. Impressive. 92+ to 93pts.

December 14, 2022 - Lovely dark plum and cherry fruit, a hint of bramble - all super delineated.
Really lovely sweet intensity on the palate with just the right about of tang. A precise yet charming wine.
