July 9, 2023 - Showing some age, with the color more brick red, and stewed fruit and a hint of leather. Flavors are mild overall, with a soft mouthfeel, though there is still an acidic streak that cuts through into the finish. Very nice now, and time to drink up as I doubt it will improve from here.

August 25, 2021 - Brambly and oaky. Charred oak especially on the nose. Flavor is more of baking spices. Nicely balanced, medium body.
