February 6, 2022 - Splash decant. Had with fennel and sausage white pizza (from galley kitchen in Richmond, VA which was awesome).

More savory, not ripe, mostly balanced full body Dry Creek Zin. Nothing super memorable but enjoyable to me.

September 13, 2021 - PnP, opened for about an hour, drank over about 1.5 hours. Changed slightly from my last note but still somewhat consistent- jammy fruit with blackberry, cherry, vanilla, a little cocoa, hint of graphite, soft tannins and a smooth medium-long finish. A but more integrated and smoother than our last bottle, but lost the pepper spice, very nice.

    September 8, 2021 - PNP
Pours like dark ink and staining residue on the glass
Dark fruit and spice on the nose.
Full body with blackberry, cherry, vanilla, somewhat sweet. Very smooth finish with fine tannins. Some acid but not bright. Very easy sipper.

Had with turkey meatloaf and mashed potatoes and it went well. Was just fine if not better sipping by itself as well

October 21, 2020 - A little "hot". Nice bright fruit. Had in a taste-off with the 2015 and all 4 tasters preferred the 2015.
