  July 10, 2023 - From 375 with Spiced rub Pork Chop…..
  Very open, rhubarb and cherry(almost liqueur but not too much)
  More floral nose than previous bottle in 2022.
  Really nice great with food.

  Nice mouthfeel.
  Not a tremendous finish nose fairly closed

  January 14, 2022 - The smell isn’t anything too remarkable but the taste is phenomenal. Bursting with cherry and strawberry flavor with an earthy undertone. Really improved over the past two years.

  March 27, 2021 - Really enjoyed this. Aired 30 mins before consumption. Dark red. Nice body, nice and spicy, good length. Could do with a couple of more years in the bottle.
