Pale straw yellow in color
Lots of citrus, cotton, brioche, goose berry, some petrol notes. Sour dough bread
Buttery, medium oak. Citrus notes. Yellow raisins. Creme Brule lemon tart.

Light lemon flesh in color
Creamy. Oakey nose. Vanilla notes. Lemon and lychee.
Sublime in the mouth. Unctuous. Long finish. Hint of smoke.
This is bar none one of the best chards out there.

June 13, 2021 - Awesome Chardonnay from Paul Lato that combines stone fruit, oak application and white stone. Delicious flavors and texture. Bright gold in color. Improves with time in the glass and warming up as you drink through it. Flavorful and structure is perfect. Great wine.

December 21, 2020 - Drank over two nights.
Light, shimmering gold. Almost mercurial in the glass.
Heavy oak night one, which largely dissipates night two.
Lemon zest, some stone fruit, and wet slate.
Delicious harmony of mineral notes and light stone fruit notes and wet gravel. This is a glorious wine that will only improve with age. Case worthy!1 person found this helpful Comment
