January 9, 2024 - Pop and pour. In the glass, pale-medium gold. On the nose, honeysuckle, oak, and thyme. On the palate, citrus fruit, with a texture modulating between silkiness and energetic acidity. The tension continues all the way through a lively finish. Fun wine.

December 24, 2021 - Such an elegant and refined Chardonnay. Light, airy, almost cloudlike in nature. Don not drink overly chilled or you will miss the nuances in the glass. Subtle mineral notes and amazing texture and lift. Bright without being overly acidic. An ongoing favorite Chardonnay from Paul Lato from vintage to vintage.
