February 26, 2021 - Normally, I love Eric Solomon Selections but this one was a little too hot and medicinal. No nose whatsoever. Drinkable but not enjoyable even after two hours of air. I have two more bottles and will revisit in a year or two to see if anything has improved.

February 24, 2021 - Light ruby. At first disappointing acetone, vodka, raspberry on the nose. After some aeration, tobacco, raspberry, cranberry. Light body, very low sweetness, fresh but with lingering spice.
This was a weird bottle. Very light bodied but with an 14.5% ABV and a nose that really evolved. -
