Rouge noir, dense et foncé. Nez concentré aux fruités bien mûr. Quelques notes animales et quelques relents de vin nature…..
L’attaque en bouche est hyper généreuse avec une excellente vivacité. Très vin nature comme goût (avis à ceux que cela incommode)
Fruits (cassis), finale légèrement boisée.
Ce 2017 est à boîte maintenant : je ne prendrais pas le risque de le faire vieillir ou de l’attendre….. -

March 12, 2022 - I'm typically a big fan of the wines from this producer, but not here. Tart blackberry and hints of black pepper come across as simple and left me wanting more. Tried again on day 2, with no improvement.

October 9, 2021 - Elegant, deep and earthy showing black plum and blackberry. Grippy tannins coming from whole cluster fermentation. 95% Syrah, 5% Mourvèdre. NI:3, FI:22, FC:8, B:4, L:3
