April 12, 2024 - Tett mørk rød, tynn lilla kant.
Ren, frisk duft av mørke bær, litt lakris. Litt rå duft typ potet og rått viltkjøtt.
Deilig i munnen, balansert men med frisk syre. God fruktsødme og lang ettersmak. Flotte mørke bær, med noe rødt - blårøde plommer.1 person found this helpful Comment -

March 23, 2024 - I haven’t had a huge amount of luck with these. Lovely on the nose, red fruits, smoke & ash, slight funk. On the pallet there was a bitter aftertaste and it lacked some length - after 2 hrs air I’d give it 89. It improved after around 4 hours - the bitterness went, replaced with some nice floral notes - ended on 91. Missing the meatiness of a classic cote Rotie and generally some intensity. It would be interesting to try the very well reviewed 2019 and 2020.

January 13, 2024 - Blackberries, herbs de Provence, and violets. Elegant and layered, but with a delightful rusticity. Beautiful finish. Like this one.

April 22, 2022 - Wine is aged for 12 months in oak barriques, 40% new. Deep ruby colour, purple hue. Medium intensity rich aroma of mushrooms, undergrowth, cured meat, cherries, blackberries, violets, graphite, camphor and pencil shaving hints. Medium body, sour and smoky black fruit flavours, tar hints, medium light density well balanced with smooth finely grained tannins, smoky ash scented finish.

April 8, 2022 - Tasted over dinner at a friend's house, no extensive notes; classy Cote Rotie fruit in the nose (92), good color and depth, palate lagged behind (89-90), way too young I think to drink this wine, not very complex at this point. At times over the meal it came across as dumb and shut down. Fine tannin structure. Promising. At least 90 pts and could range up to 93 or higher once a bit of complexity develops.
