January 28, 2007 - 15% alc...full throttle black pepper and ripe fruit on the nose, but the fruit is background noise, the black pepper dominates...unctuous, full-bodied, far past being juicy, all about structure and length. Delicious, not an everyday wine, much too serious, needs meditation!
