Community Tasting Notes 3

October 20, 2012 - Still bright sour cherry notes -- viscous, thick without over stepping the boundary towards being syrupy. Dark red-orange center offset with browning on the rim. The last bottle.

May 26, 2012 - Ditto my last tasting notes. A bit more fruit in this bottle. Still thin on the finish.

November 22, 2011 - Color is still a nice deep shade of purple but the fruit is just about gone. Plenty of sediment at the bottom of the bottle. Remaining bottles should be consumed quickly.
