December 21, 2021 - Bright red color. Aromas of berries and menthol. Fresh and juicy on the palate, but not sweet. Elegant. Persistent and bold finish. Will stock more of this wine.

December 15, 2021 - Decanted it for 20 minutes. Deep red violet color. Aromas of fresh berries. On the palate: fruity but dry, medium body, peppery, silky, elegant, well rounded, persistent and long finish.
