  February 3, 2023 - Screwcap, tasted from a PnP. This is a lot better than the 2013 vintage or the previous vintages when this was labeled as Easton House. Still a Pizza and Pasta type of wine. Not to heavy, not too light. Very flavorful.
  
  Balanced between dried and fresh fruits. Dried and fresh cherries, a bit of prune, tart plums, fresh blueberries, dried blackberries, a decent amount of oak spices, and a bit of fresh tobacco leaf. Moderate and smooth tannins. Long graphite and saline finish with a bit of blackberry skins.
  
  Inexpensive, easy to pair, fun, and just complex enough. I always wonder why I don't order more of this when it comes up on the case sales.

  November 2, 2020 - Very interesting blend of Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon in the Garrigue style which is a first for me. You can definitely feel the typical aromas and textures of both grapes in this blend. Lots of blueberries and cassis on the nose. Great full bodied mouthfeel, slightly inky and meaty. Another great food wine from these guys.
