December 15, 2019 - lemon, pineapple core, crushed stones, crushed nuts, lime blossoms. palate was linear with lots of citrus and minerality. a couple years in the cellar could fill it in a bit

May 9, 2019 - Straw yellow colour. Yellow apples, toast, butter, wet stone and minerals. Taste of yellow apples, butter, oak, lemons, nuts, toast and minerals. Long and dry finish with hints of lemons and minerals. A great and complex Bourgogne Blanc. Goes well with shellfish or fish.
