April 9, 2024 - Nose is parfume like almost comparable to masculine oud scent. Wood and all spices filled the bowl. The palate is quite fruity and balance. Good acidity and firm tannin is noted. The finish is moderate. Around 30 seconds for aftertaste before fade out.

January 30, 2023 - Praelum CNY Staff Dinner (The Famous Kitchen): Pale ruby, with a slight pink hue. Quite an intense floral nose with ripe redcurrant and red cherry, and a fairly deep, clay feel. Has a little weight, but quite a bit of acids, with mostly savoury briny, meaty flavours and a bit of nuts, then medium ripe red cherry and moss, and a little bit of cherry cola at the back. Quite lengthy, and lovely!

September 29, 2020 - Pierre Morey vertical 1989-2017 (Singapore/Zoom): Medium-light ruby, fullest color of the three. Darker nose with earthy elements, tannins a bit less polished. A bit of a whole in the mid palate. Some pine and citrus even on the finish., Aromatically quite timid still. This needs some time as well. After 2023. 89-90
