Community Tasting Notes 4

October 6, 2021 - I am a Syrah-fan. And this is a really nice, rich and intense example of a syrah in the northern rhone style. For under 20 Euro this is in my view a really really good wine!

December 4, 2020 - Very attractive Syrah notes with good balance, clean black fruits, garrigues, freshness and poise. Tasted alongside Tardieu-Laurent V.V., Guigal SJ lieu-dit, and Ferraton SJ lieu-dit, all from the same vintage.

April 5, 2020 - I have not had many Saint-Joseph wines in the past so do not have the experience to compare this wine with other bottles. I did enjoy it an look forward to tasting this wine as it ages.

March 6, 2019 - My pick of the Ogier wines at the L&W en primeur tasting. Excellent length on the finish and only £16 a bottle. Their Cote Rotie Mon Village was even better but nearly twice the price.
