    November 19, 2022 - Nicely developed, many-layered quality.

July 15, 2021 - Raspberry, cherry, hawthorn, iron, red flowers. Typical pinot n nose with rather ripe jammy suppleness that almost reminds of syrah. Good acidity is keeping it balanced, simple but utterly enjoyable. Opened up on day 2.

August 19, 2020 - Elegant, pure fruited, fresh and easy to drink - beautiful but also a bit timid with little aromatics and even less pinot oomph on the nose. Really nice to drink this compared to the passetoutgrains A Minima from the same vintage, which was a little harder on the tongue and tooth.

October 5, 2019 - early days and while it's easy enough to drink there is no real complexity or depth to speak off. It was nice enough to drink a glass as the rest of the bottle went into the meat and pork casserole with forest mushrooms, onions, chipotle and swedes (yellow turnips). Will have to see what happens to these bottles. A little over priced was my impression right now.
