October 22, 2021 - Fresh and lively Rose even for it being three years old. Strawberries are really prominent on both the nose and on the palate. A hint of peach and a blend of herbs on the finish. A really nice Rose and more than what I was expecting out of this. My lone bottle of this vintage. I have 3 of the 19's and 20's respectively so I will have to compare it to this one soon.

May 20, 2020 - This has become one of my favorite roses. It's easy to drink, flavorful, and has some everessence in the bottle. Confirmed not to be refermentation flaw but dissolved co2 remaining from barrel fermentation and minimal racks. I wish I could get more of this!
Color is a pale salmon. Medium intensity. Strawberry shortcake, fresh red berries, citrus rind, grapefruit, white grapes, chamomile, fresh leaf, light red berry sauce.
Medium body, medium+ acidity with a bit of a sprtiz feeling. Flavor of red cherry, florals, strawberry, fresh flowers, citrus rind.
Medium- finish. Drink now! -

November 2, 2019 - Grapefruit, tangerine, white flower, hints of strawberry. Medium+ acid. Definitely a fuller bodied richer Rose.

July 7, 2019 - Much bigger than your standard Rosé, but in a great way. Deep notes of fresh strawberries with a touch of melon. Great juice.
