March 27, 2021 - Clear golden yellow in color. Incredible aromas of dried flowers, lemon confit, hint of orchard fruits and sesame oil. Palate shows exquisite balance of sappy citrus and yellow orchard fruits, very good acidity, long and linear mineral and floral tinged finish. Superb.

September 6, 2020 - Light gold in color. Heavy match stick aromas that over time dissipate to reveal aromas of yellow peach, lemon curd, wet stones, yellow florals and a faint green herbs note. A medium bodied palate shows balanced tart-sweet citrus poached orchard pit fruits, lemon custard, good acidity and a long floral and mineral laden finish. Very good and luckily not pre-moxed.

June 23, 2020 - This bottle caught the case right back up with being half premoxed. No bigger crap shoot of a producer in Burgundy, the great bottles are great but you can count on half of them being undrinkable.

November 14, 2019 - Colour is medium gold. This is too old, but still enjoyable. Boillot has a reputation whites that age quickly.

January 30, 2019 - Medium yellow. Anise, almost licorice and lemon. Alcohol is apparent but the abundant flesh quickly covers it. The flavours run to pear and vanilla and the finish has plenty of acid and shows maturity. Very good, indeed, and probably at its peak. High quality cork.
