June 1, 2023 - Quite ripe, tropical Sancerre. Lime, tangerine, guava jasmine. Mineral and a hint of chives. Citrus zest. Palate retains adequate acid and good mineral structure. Reasonably well made yet not my style of Sancerre.

July 2, 2022 - 13 months after the prior: This has developed quite nicely, beyond our original expectation. Rather full-bodied, but in balance. Sufficient acidity to keep it lively. Quite enjoyable over three nights.

October 27, 2021 - Nose pretty ripe sancerre/sb, if a bit more rounded than some. Rounded citrus, chives, pineapple and passionfruit. Palate has more of the classic mineral and structure and acid, if still more tropical, rounded, and a bit on the alcoholic side. Nonetheless, nicely balanced, dry and acidic, and if not exactly a classic, exceptionally well made and table-worthy.

May 26, 2021 - Bright, quite light, and very true to form/type. And yet it lacks any special presence/ drive/ individuality. Certainly pleasant enough over three nights — but we won’t be seeking more of this from this vintage.

August 27, 2020 - A bit light and missing tension, but a great pairing with shrimp. Best served chilled. 13% ABV.
