• Yohansmas Does not like this wine:

  October 2, 2023 - 어쩌다보니 인생 첫 쥬샹이니 꽤 기대를 했는데 그러다보니 실망을 한 것 같다.
  코에서는 과실향도 나쁘지 않은데 신기하게 붉은 과실, 검은 과실 하나에 치우치지 않고 두루두루 섞여있었던 느낌이다.
  약간의 음습한 느낌이 있었는데 그걸 버섯향이라고 해야할지까진 모르겠다.
  입에서는 처음에는 탄닌과 산도가 조금 애매하다가 시간이 지날수록 풀어진다.
  아마 기대없이 엔트리급 부르고뉴라고 생각했으면 (사실 구한 가격도 그정도로 잘 구했지만..) 실망하지 않았을 것 같은데.

  October 17, 2022 - Jadot Tasting, Oenocosmos: The wine shows med intensity in the nose, bright, floral, spicy, a touch herbal, medicinal herbs, a few toast notes but also some reductive ones that clear up in time.
  In the palate, the wine shows again some reductive notes, tight green tannins, med acidity, med body and finish. Still very youthful

  April 7, 2022 - Decanted 40 min. Light ruby, 👃 quite muted initially with ripe strawberries, lemon zest, very light coconut. Dry, medium acidic , medium tannins, strawberries, prune, light body. This one is not peak time yet; let it age more in bottle. (As wine opens up in glass, light cinnamon, light leather)

  February 11, 2022 - First burgundy in a while. Went well with a prime rib at al biernat’s. Fantastic
