July 10, 2020 - Pale lemon – yellow apple, lime, Asian pear, minerals, orange blossom. Palate added grass. Medium+ acid, 12.5% ABV, light body, medium- finish. Very simple but strangely seemed to get bigger with food. I used it as an ingredient in and it paired beautifully with Pan-Seared Cod in White Wine Tomato Basil Sauce.
