December 28, 2023 - Surprizse bottle at the end of a tasting dinner. Did really well. End of the drinking window but not tired. Very polished and tame, excellent tertiary, earhty, mushroom notes. Loved it.

August 25, 2023 - There were elements to enjoy about this with good typicity, but overall felt quite tired.

    December 31, 2021 - vinegar

July 15, 2021 - Clear bright red. Cedar box, leather, tobacco, dried cherries and antique store nose that kept getting better for a couple of hours. The flavours never faded either and the finish remained balanced and smooth, the acid never took over.

At least my second time with this wine and this is the best yet.

February 23, 2021 - Double Blind Virtual tasting (Chicagoland IL): Double blind. Seemed very dirty and unenjoyable.
