April 4, 2022 - Might have improved from last year. Notes hold, but simply more intense, more flavorful, more alive.

Killed with pecorino toscano on crusty bread with really good quality olive oil.

February 4, 2022 - Farge: Veldig lys stråfarge med noe grønt.
    Perler litt i glasset
Duft: Mot fersken og gul frukt
Smak: Noe syrlig frukt. Hint av fersken og aprikos. Noen myke tanniner i bakgrunnen.
Noe brødaktig som gjør at den kan passe til mange typer mat!

    DAG 2:
    Som dag 1.

December 14, 2021 - Predominately tropical fruit with a wee acidity. Paired very well with a chicken in olives, capers, garlic, fresh tomato dish - they complemented each greatly as it brought out the fruitiness and playfulness of the arneis grape. Before food, not as exciting; it was surprising how a somewhat “meh, not what we remember from an earlier (2017) vintage” wine went to “great pairing! that was the right choice!” The next night after chicken and pasta with turkey gravy spiced sauce, again it became clear it is a happy food wine.

November 24, 2021 - Full bodied Super Tuscan with moca, leather, black berries, and silky tannins blended beautifully with our Italian meal.

October 2, 2021 - Stone fruit on the nose. Cantalope and peaches, good acidity and length.
