Community Tasting Notes 1

January 12, 2020 - Pale golden colour. Medium nose with yellow apples, ripe lemon, butter, charred wood, cream and toast. Medium (+) taste of yellow apples, lemon, butter, toast, charred wood, cheese and minerals. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A very good Mâcon-Villages that is oaked well balanced. Goes well with cheese, fish or shellfish.
