Medium intensity or aromas show cream, caramel, toffee, leather, earth, fig, amaro bitterness, slight walnut and clove. Medium intensity acidity, sweet, no tannins, medium body, medium plus flavours as per nose, secondary flavours, medium plus length, viscose, medium plus intensity alcohol shows warm. slightly bitter on finish. Good quality, complexity but not higher than good quality because of alcohol and bitterness on the finish.

  April 17, 2022 - Suave and nutty but not the most complex tawny. Good pairing with Shropshire cheese and fairly good with a chocolate dessert.
