  February 24, 2024 - Thanks J openned this rare bottle among other 8 btls in his home for the annual firework gathering in 元宵节. This was a very clean and accurate white, light pale yellow, white flowers, sharp acidic, long after taste, like PYCM white I would say.

  October 26, 2023 - Now this is more like it after the disappointment of the first bottle. I opened this at 5pm decanted it and by 7pm this was drinking beautifully. White flowers, apples, lemon curds, laced by the flint on the nose and salinity on the palate. Still quite primary but with more cellaring this will only improve In complexity and evolve into a superb wine.

  August 27, 2022 - served 3½ hours after opening. Bigger toast on the nose, a bit on the lean side, with good acidity but not too sharp. Once it opened up further it was really nice, with a huge nose of toast around 5 hours after opening, along with flint.
