  April 4, 2023 - Medium hay in color, on the nose I get some light nuttiness, a hint of sea spray, palate is lovely, elegant, reserved but flavorful fruit, medium depth, light and airy, but delicately complex. With air, I get more notes of the sea, not quite Chablis, but in a similar vein. A beautiful California Chardonnay.

  -translucent pale gold green
  -briny lemon wet stone
  -med acidity, med/med- weight focused soft gentle fruit stone fruit minerally savory bit of brown spice and a faint warmth on the finish
  -this has lost some fruit and baby fat over the past two years, now could be fooled into thinking this is a Vaillons if tasted blind

  January 7, 2022 - Soft notes of butter, well balanced with oak. Floats over the tongue with light fruit tones, providing a full bodied and easy to drink Chardonnay.
