  December 1, 2022 - Appearance: Deep ruby
  Nose: Medium(+) intensity; Aromas of black fruit (blackberry, acai, black currant), herbal (mint, sage), floral (violets, lavender), oak (chocolate, dark roasted coffee, vanilla syrup), and tertiary (wet leaves, tobacco, scorched earth, fig, cooked plum).
  Palate: Dry, full-bodied opulent texture, supple medium(+) tannins, high alcohol, medium acid, med(+) intensity, med(+) finish; Flavors of black fruit (blackberry, black currant), herbal (mint), spice (black pepper, licorice), oak (cocoa), minerals, and tertiary (tobacco, earth, cooked plum).
  Quality: Very Good;
  Aging: Drink now, Not Suitable for Bottle Aging; There is already plenty of tertiary flavor development (tobacco, earth, fig, cooked plum) in the nose and palate, as well as supple tannin, to no longer need additional bottle age. While the wine might hold for a 1-3 years, extra time will see a decline in fresh fruit.

  October 2, 2020 - @fazelicellars 2015 Hafez is a bold, expansive blend of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon built for those that love this style of wine. Jam-packed with black plum and black currant, and supported by flavors of cedar, vanilla, black licorice, black pepper, and earthy undertones. Supple tannins and a well-disguised 14.9% abv make this something worthwhile to enjoy on a Fall evening.

  March 3, 2019 - A big, bold, deep red #wine for those who really love that style. Intensely concentrated black plummy fruit w cedar, earthy notes, black licorice & black pepper. One of Fazeli's best offerings.
