December 21, 2020 - Consistently impressed with Big Head, especially their ‘Raw’ wines. This is a crisp and focused Sauvignon Blanc.

Nose is fresh and straightforward with notes of peach cobbler, grass, guava, lemon peel and wet stone.

On the palate this wine is round and balanced. Acidity on the mid palate is pronounced and medium+ alcohol is felt in the throat.

Flavours are more green than the nose with honeycrisp apple, pear, guava, lychee and a slightly creamy note.

Delicious but not cheap for Ontario SB.
