December 20, 2023 - Deep ruby with a tinge of brown starting. A bit of oak on the nose but not much else. Moderate tannins with red fruit running through it. Decent finish with pepper lightly entering at points

May 10, 2023 - Much more interesting than last time. Cherries and raspberries on the nose, combined with subtle notes of wood. Very elegant and balanced on the palate. However, clear notes of aging (slight oxidation), won't make it any longer!
