May 22, 2020 - 16/20 violacé, vif, nez de pain, mie et herbes. bouche tout aussi vive, fruitée, gouleyant. C'est très bon mais tellement pas Cahors.....
je cherche un vrai Cahors où le Malbec conserve ses propriétés...... avec une bonne structure solide.....
D'ou diable leur viennent ce besoin de faire des vins pour plaire aux buveurs de beaujolais..... -
