  July 12, 2022 - Brilliant golden color wit inviting quince, green apple, mandarin orange, candied lemon, ripe peach and a hint of herbal aromas. One the palate it’s medium bodied and very fresh with mouthwatering zesty acidity and flavors that echo its aromas with a satisfying zesty finish

  May 18, 2022 - Based on EMICHEL's April 2021 TN I decided to have the wine with a shrimp and grains-based Vietnamese-ish dish that included a bit of chili heat along with lime / acid zing and fish sauce funk. Worked out great! As described it is a bit honied with likely a touch of RS and a texture and nose that adds to the impression of sweetness.
