November 8, 2023 - Visually, dark ruby, high opacity and orange notes progressing to the edges. Upon opening the nose was meaty vitamin B with blueberry but with time showed black cherry, green notes and a meatiness with black pepper notes embedded. Great pure fruit with an intriguing complexity. The profile enters with cherry blueberry and a certain spice cake flavor. It is balanced and well integrated with a long textured finish. Delicious!

September 29, 2023 - Was tasty, but the cork had become stuck in the bottle and dried out so it was not able to be removed. Had to ultimately push it into the bottle and then use a strainer which only worked moderately well.

February 15, 2023 - Seems like a blending of new and old world styles. Some funky flavors to start, but settled in after an hour or so. Smokey.

February 6, 2023 - Tasted after 45 minutes of air. Medium ruby color. Smoky bacon fat on the nose. Bright red berry fruit on the palate. Fine grained tannins nicely integrated. In a perfect drinking window now. Excellent.
