September 23, 2019 - This is a fruity Cab without the overpowering chalkiness and oakiness often found in Cali cabs. The fruit takes precedence, still giving way to some vanilla notes - but not the other way around. And the tannins aren’t overbearing. I agree that the finish is a bit short - a few years in the cellar may put a longer tail on this. Overall, a very pleasing wine.
