May 22, 2018 - Beautiful wine - both first and second day. Would buy more if I could.

March 31, 2017 - A wonderful Gigondas. The nose is dark cherries, spice, cigar box. The palate is dark dark cherries and tobacco and spice. A good balance of acidity and fruit. A chewy unctuous texture. Darker than last time. A delicious tangy end. Probably at its height, so I may finish off my other bottle this year.

May 23, 2015 - Has improved significantly from a few years ago. Nose is cherries and cigar box - delicious. The palate is dark dark cherries and tobacco and a bit of spice and nice acidity -- with a chewy unctuous texture. After 40 min or so, tannins come in at the end and are a luscious, tangy ending. I'm extending this drink time another year, since no sign of getting old. Outstanding expression of Gigondas.

February 19, 2012 - Nose is bright and earthy at the same time. Quite luscious. Palate is initially light, with berries and herbs and spice in the flavor profile. Still young.
