  August 10, 2020 - 12.5% alcohol; Shaw-Ross International Importers, Miramar, FL; screw top; identified as COTEAUX D'AIX-EN-PROVENCE but there is no clue on the label whether this rose is a blend, and if so, what its components are; opened yesterday and kept for 24 hours in the fridge with its cap screwed on; fast legs, the color of a gemstone diamond with light pink highlights; fruit-forward nose of alcohol, citrus, pomegranate, trace of guava; tasted at approximately 15 degrees C, full bodied mid-tongue refreshing rush of tropical fruit, citrus, pineapple; will keep you alternately cool on a hot tropical evening or warm on a cold night; the long finish suggests serving it as an aperitif, or pair it with cold-water oil-rich fish like wild caught Coho salmon or Chilean Sea Bass

  June 29, 2020 - Meh. Pretty color. Not much taste. Muted cranberry and melon, maybe pepper. Dry, short aftertaste. Not terrible, but there are better choices.
