  January 14, 2023 - Complex slightly sweet nose.
  An aromatic blend helped along with a trace of residual sweetness. Makes no claim to greatness but a pleasant, well made quaffer.

  September 18, 2022 - Gentle Blend is a good name. Riesling predominant nose.
  Round flavoured. The more acid varieties cut the oiliness and lack of acid of the traminer. An Alsatian blend. Has some sweet lift, mostly varietal though possibly a trace of residual sugar. Might be better in 3 or so years.

  February 28, 2022 - A pleasant, slightly off dry blend. No pretence to greatness. I thought it would age a little when I bought it but this should be drunk. Already showing signs of drying out.

  May 31, 2021 - Lifted aromatic fruit nose. Some residual sugar? (winemaker Justin Purser subsequently said 2.5gm) Good acid, V. slight S but not an issue. Drunk at room temperature.
  Surprisingly rich, aromatic, complex. I suspect left a little off-dry. A surprisingly complex, drinkable, balanced wine. Shows very deft winemaking. A great food wine. Now - 3 years, but….
